This Brainiacs continues a series about how people continued to dismiss claimant's brain injury symptoms and disabilities as humor, despite obviously noticing the impacts of a serious disabling jobsite injury.

This joke is by defense attorney Royce Mueller, apparently insulting claimant's damaged professional writing skills for the benefit of Judge Michael Harr, and seeming to imply a cozy enough relationship with the judge that the judge handed back claimant's correlated exhibits at the opening of the same hearing.

Paula Rhoads, producer of Brainiacs, demonstrates the indifference to the original worker's compensation purpose of establishing safe jobsites.  Mike Berry falsely testified about a real situation in which he required claimant to hotwire a furnace without having any license to do electrical or HVAC work.
