Crime Drug Dealer Film Action Movie Exploitation

''Scumbags'' is an underground drug dealer film by Dakota Bailey. The film tells the story of a heroin addicted drug dealer named Johnny (Dakota Bailey) and his drug dealing partner Chato. However, Johnny's former drug dealing partner Marshall has a plan to kill Johnny and take control of his drug trade, leading to the brutal blood soaked finale in this gritty and heinous film.

This is the first in a three-part series on ABUSE OF DISCRETION. Unfortunately, it was lost for awhile, while I ingested part 2 and 3, so they are out of order, but still full of a lot of caselaw and examples of ABUSE OF DISCRETION.

One Saturday in July, I walked into the Denver Open Media studios and found myself heartily cheered for arriving, which was a unique experience. The servers were down, so whatever I had in my bag was all the station could do, evidently. Fortunately, I had two hours of recorded material, and was happy to sing live for a half hour here and a half hour there. 

We cut the singing out. But this is the first hour of recorded show, focused on a variety of subjects in July of 2014.
