Creating an Outro to your Audio File Submission

If you’d like to include a customized outro for your audio file, follow these instructions:

• Check out the Zoom recorder from Denver Open Media or use your phone to record an audio file. Record yourself or another member of your band/show reading the script below for each song/show you would like to air. Feel free to skip past any part of this script that is not relevant to your content.

DOM 92.FM/89.3 HD3 Outro Script

DJ Name: “HI, THIS IS [NAME] FROM [BAND OR SHOW]”

Station ID: “ON DENVER OPEN MEDIA”

Song Just Heard: “THAT WAS [SONG OR SHOW TITLE]”

Credits/Info: "...A SONG I WROTE AND RECORDED WITH [PRODUCER] AT [STUDIO] in [CITY], CO in [YEAR]”

Artist Name: “WITH MUSIC FROM ME, [NAME]”

Video credit (if applicable): “AND VISUALS FROM [NAME]”

Voting Prompt: “DENVER OPEN MEDIA IS RUN BY YOU, SO IF YOU LIKED [SONG OR SHOW TITLE], LOG INTO  DENVEROPENMEDIA.ORG TO VOTE ON THIS SONG, AND YOUR VOTES WILL DECIDE IF IT PLAYS AGAIN”

Submitting your File

• The audio file for your intro/outro must be an MP3 file with 256kbps High Quality in order for you to submit it. If you did not record it in MP3 format, please follow these instructions to convert it
