If you need more in-depth assistance beyond basic technical help, we provide high-quality, hands-on training and support. We can help with any kind of creative project, whether it's a video, audio, podcast, or radio project. Please note that booking times are subject to staff availability, and we may have to ask to reschedule (although this is very unlikely). Please book appointments at least 24 hours in advance, or we may not be able to guarantee a staff person will be available. Staff support is only available at the DOM facilities--we do not provide off-site support.
