Paula Blabs
In Project: Brainiacs

We start out with some examples of inexpensive gifts Paula snagged at an ARC Thrift Store or a Goodwill, both of which are charities supporting disabled people and/or employing disabled people.

Included are some quotes from Americans who were noteworthy for their inclinations to tell the truth.

This morphs into discussion of ALJ Michael Harr's fictional "FINDINGS OF FACT" in which he uses the exclusion of evidence to accomplish everything the defense needed to escape being held accountable for a disabling brain injury on the U.S. Home Corporation/Lennar Corporation jobsite.

Harr found Paula did not report the accident to her employers until June of 2003, for some unknown reason having no basis in fact. Paula shows the letter she sent to her employer in August of 2000, but discovers it has been stamped as being entered Jan. 17 of 2006, which is definitely not the correct date it was entered to the administrative "court." Maybe we just discovered one more way Judge Harr has conspired to obstruct justice.

She also questions why Pinnacol Assurance has hired an attorney to find something to sue her for, which letter includes the false allegations of Michael Harr that Paula stalked him.

Don't you find it odd that Pinnacol, who stalks and surveils lots of Colorado citizens sometimes for no good reason at all, at a high cost also, with no legal restrictions on them, but Pinnacol is accusing Paula of stalking just because she wanted video proof that ALJ Michael Harr is the brother of Jim Harr, who employed her after the TBI and before the hearings. And Jim Harr was insured by Pinnacol Assurance.
