Brain Injury Awareness Month in March includes this conference featuring several notable speakers and a panel of successful tbi survivors.

Brainstorm: How Do I Get the Help I Need? is a conference funded by the Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund and free to tbi.

We also include announcements and a clip from Gary Crabtree, a survivor who is also a filmmaker, and who appeared on Brainiacs a couple of years ago. Today Gary continues at Denver Open Media as a producer of more than one show, including his work covering the Occupy Denver movement, and a film on his own brain injury.

That just goes to show that if people with brain injuries can be producers of television shows on Denver Open Media, you can too. Get off that couch!
