Due Process
In Project: Brainiacs

Today's Brainiacs show includes a review of the fraudulently concealed evidence that Lennar Corporation failed, refused or neglected to provide to Paula Rhoads in her worker's compensation hearings. This personnel file evidence was ordered released by Judge Jaynes in an ORDER dated October 30, 2003. It demonstrates WHEN her brain injury on the jobsite impacted her cognitive functioning and job performance because prior to the Jan. 13, 2000 accident, her job performance was "exemplary," according to National CEO of U.S. Home Corporation at that time, Isaac Heimbinder.

Judge Michael Harr excluded this evidence, while continually ignoring and denying any recognition of Paula Rhoads Hook's continual appeals for justice in discovery.

Otherwise, Paula discusses hot schools and the value of spending time in the Rockies instead. She suggests that the $20 million that Colorado taxpayers contribute to marketing Colorado ski resorts could be questioned in this recession. Or perhaps ski resorts could step up with giving something back to the Colorado citizens.
