Ta-da! Paula's Worker's Compensation case seems to have been reopened this week, after she submitted her PETITION TO REOPEN to the ICAO May 11, 2015. But the lawfirm serving Old Republic Insurance Company in committing fraud against her last time, named Clifton Mueller Bovarnick PC, seems to have disintegrated and rumors are flying.  Mr. Bovarnick did not, however, retire as earlier reported, but is now with another firm and harassing Paula with demands she sign HIPPA papers now. But Paula is thinking she is still owed a bunch from Judge Jaynes' order Oct. 30, 2003, especially 63 documents specifically requested and described earlier. So things are getting wierd and Paula contests the statements of AG deputy John Lizza that she just won't take his advice and get an attorney. As if! As if Lizza is deaf?
