In Episode 6, a psychiatrist and a facilitator of living and dying consciously have a lively interchange about the end of life and how to best prepare, letting go, meditating, releasing fear and moving consciously into the unknown. And with this knowledge and practice how to live the fullest we can in the meantime. The question is how to live more fully now. How do we come to the realization that we are all, each and everyone of us, actually going to die, that life is impermanent and time here is limited?

In Episode 5, a scientist from a cadaver clinic and a death and funeral preparation expert take us through the actual journey of what happens to the body when we die. They provide insight into different cultural and spiritual rituals available to facilitate different burials and how to memorialize our loved ones in the way they wanted.

In Episode 4, our guest is a nurse practitioner, with 50 years in the field, who provides insight into what it is like to work with people who are in the last stages of life and how to prepare for the next realm so dying well may go as well as possible. How can this help us live more fully now preparing for our death ahead of time?

In Episode 3, our two guests, an Alzheimer specialist and hospice physician, contemplate to what degree must we go to hold onto individuals who have lost quality of life and are suffering or who are even unaware they are about to die.
