





"Love a Shelter Pet" is adapted from the video, "All About those Pets," recorded previously by staff and volunteers of Denver Dumb Friends League. DDFL seeks to find homes for many pets and horses, and serves the community by providing health care and spays and neuters for abandoned and relinquished pets through its mobile clinics and facilities in Denver, Castle Rock and Harmony Equine Center near Franktown.

La Pompe Jazz is a Denver band est. 2013. Inspired by a love of classic "Hot Club" style jazz, they are a group of musicians from Denver sharing an exploration of Gypsy jazz, blues, and American jazz standards with their own interpretations. They have become a fixture of the local swing dance scene with regular performances at many of the top dance nights. La Pompe has also brought their music to a wide range of audiences in their performances at the Five Points Jazz Festival, The 1940s Ball, The Peoples Fair, Underground Music Showcase, and the Westword Music Showcase - where they were honored to receive the Producer's Choice Award.
La Pompe's folksy, rustic variant to the traditional jazz sound has earned them nominations with both Westword and 303 magazine for "Best Jazz band in Denver". Pulling inspiration from Gypsy jazz and swing heroes such as Django Reinhardt, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Prima, Nat King Cole & Fats Waller, LPJ has also released original compositions that present a new fusion of the vintage and modern.
