




April and Nina's Salon, powered by INFEMNITY Productions, gathers in the East Village home of Nina Kennedy and April Gibson to share art and performances. Participants are encouraged to present their work in a supportive environment. We share and enjoy good food and wine, conversation, laughter, and love. Artists are able to experiment with new works, to screen clips of video/film projects, and to display "objets d'art." April and Nina's Salon hosted a public salon at the Dixon Place Lounge and Theatre.
Guest: Carlos Jimenez, PhD and Assistant Professor, Media, Film and Journalism Studies, University of Denver. Dr. Jimenez shares details of his approach to video production and research, providing details on one of his projects focused on day laborers and Denver-based El Centro Humanitario.
