The show consists of video shorts, where I get out and do some real reporting.
I report on hard news, even the four categories of it
1) Science
2) Legal, crime and law
3) Education
4) Business and economy
I also cover politics using that formula:
1) Look at the Democrats, first
2) Look at the Republicans, second
3) Balance it out for the Independents, third
4) Let you make the call on who you want to side with on that issue
Susan M. Piergeorge, MS, Registered Dietitian joined the Health Cast on the Living Consciously-TV Show Live on Comcast Cable 56 at 3 PM Mountain, 12-10-2011. The theme of the show: How to Beat the Holiday Blues and Overeating? We discussed some of the issues and problems with overeating during the Holidays. Also, we have provided some solutions and different modalities the cast and the guest have used to assist clients and themselves during the Holiday season. In our final segment we took several calls from the viewing public.
Four high school freshmen offer holiday music to soothe you while Host Paula Rhoads attempts to provide a narrative plot to a holiday scene without any monitor to guide her.
Working with unfamiliar music, the students braved the momentary obstacles to offer Christmas cheer to all.
Haley Johnson, of East High School's choir, knows the names of all the reindeer, including Rudolph, just in case you need a bit of prepping.
