Nancy Ulrich meets with photographer Jason K. Powers. Topics include his work in international photojournalism and his efforts to help those in need. Jason is presently working on a project to raise awareness of the "hidden homeless" here in Denver.

You shoulda been there, so you wouldn't have to sit through Paula's annointing in green anything, and listen to her criticize those bills in the legislature.

March 30, 2013 is a great time to send lettuce and spinach seeds out to cavort with the snow, so if you never spent time this winter dreaming through a seed catalog (like they used to do) then this is your last warning. Maybe.

It is sooooo easy to grow spinach and lettuce in Colorado that it is also a crying shame if you must spend hard earned dollars on expensive salad greens instead.
