#D1 or Bust should not be the mantra for young players. The process takes time. The Body and mind need to develop. There is nothing wrong with hard work. However, be careful of snake oil salesmen trying to promise you P5 or D1 Its their job to hype you because you are paying them to tell you how good you are. If you have the talents it takes your head coach will notice and help you get to the next level. If you are a talented athlete you will be noticed by your peers and the opposition.
