<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'book antiqua',palatino; font-size: medium;">The PPP is a multinational development plan to build roads, dams and canals through Mexico and Central America.  It creates infrastructure for corporations to access natural and human resources in the region.  Local communities unite in resistance to promote alternative development.</span></div>
