Open Media Generation Presents... Gun Violence in Schools

Open Media Generation interviewed the Denver community about Gun Violence in schools, because gun violence in schools is a huge topic in our society. We interviewed people from the 16th street mall, and even created a PSA about a student's reaction to gun violence. Leila Parker, South High School student, was interviewed because she created a PSA about a student's experience of real serious situations about gun violence at schools. We were also able to interview the Sheriff of Arapahoe County, CO, David Walcher, who shared his thoughts as the first responder of Columbine High School in 1999.
