Civic Matters Colorado edition episode 1. We look into Amendment 71 - Raise The Bar which is a bill passed in Colorado last November to make it harder to amend the Colorado constitution. 

We speak to Dr Ivan Miller, Executive Director of Colorado Foundation for Universal Health Care and Dennis Polhill, Senior Fellow in Public Infrastructure of Independence Institute on the lawsuit they collaboratively filed in a federal court against the State of Secretary of Colorado for implementing the Amend 71 based on legal grounds that this bill is unconstitutional.
