<p>This project is designated for reservations in which we are receiving payment for.  This project is NOT to be used for commercial use of the studio, but for other common areas such as the MBD computer lab or the board room.</p>
<p><b><i>Meeting times are limited to around 2-3 hours and our space can only hold a max of 50-70 people depending on whether they are standing or sitting. Our hours available for free meeting space are, Monday 10am-6am, Tues - Friday 10am-9pm, Sat 11am-6pm</i></b></p>
<p><b>Organizational Rental of DOM's Common Areas</b> &gt;  If an organization is interested in using the MBD computer lab or the upstairs' board room (which includes the fireplace room) then a fee of $40/hour or $250 a day for use of the space (this fee does not cover use of projector, or any other audio-video equipment).**  There will be a 50% discount given to non-profits and/or groups working with youth. If an organization wishes to use either the warehouse space or one of the upstairs war rooms, then a fee of $20/hour or $125/day will be charged, with the same discount given to both nonprofits and organizations working with youth*.  Rooms reserved under these guidelines should be reserved under these guidelines should be reserved under the <a href="/project/meeting-space-rental">Meeting Space Rental</a> project.</p>
<p>* Please note however, these fees can be waived if the event is non-commercial in nature (i.e. the organizing group is not charging money for it) and DOM's studio space is unavailable, leaving the other areas as a second option.</p>
<p>** If a member wishes to raise funds to support a show at Denver Open Media, The member will need to create a budget and submit it to DOM for approval (approval based on City Policies and the City's agreement with Deproduction). All money raised at the event will go directly to DOM to cover production services, equipment cost or members fees, etc., any additional monies will be returned to the member at DOM's discretion.</p>
