The final product we want is a 5 to 10 minute video of Karen explaining body meditation. We will upload it to our website, www.karenfalbo.com, YouTube and perhaps other websites.

We also want to create an audio recording of Karen's guided meditation which is 60 minutes long. We will use this to create CDs and MP3 downloads to distribute on our website.

We will have original music we can use for the video and meditation.
