Before time began, Harold Klemp, the Living ECK Master and spiritual leader of ECKANKAR explains, God sent Soul into the lower worlds. So what is the purpose of the lower worlds? And why was Soul sent down from heaven? Harold explains, "Soul lost its memory of freedom in the higher worlds after coming to live on earth. Soul lost its connection to the Sound and Light of God.
