Set in 1989, AntiSocial is a suspense/horror film. Our antagonist is a 16 year old girl. She remains nameless until the end of the film. She hears voices in her head constantly asking, “What is her name?” The voices drive her to murder. Awkward and bullied her entire life she finds comfort in horror movies and exacts her revenge on any soul unlucky enough to cross her path. She lures her victims into a creepy basement where she taunts and torments her prey.

The students of the Make A Cut: Weekend Intensive workshop created several short films based on the footage from over a year of preparation. The purpose of our project with IMAGINE 2020 is to activate The La Alma Park neighborhood through art and community to meet the needs of Denver’s new cultural plan.
