RISE Colorado works to Educate, Engage, and Empower low-income families and families of color to RISE as change agents for educational equity in our public school system.

 

PetAid Colorado, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, is deeply committed to keeping pets and people together, enriching communities by collaborating with veterinarians to provide animals with the medical services they need to remain bonded with their human companions. Through three programs of operating animal hospitals, providing care grants and reaching out the community PetAid provides services to nearly 12,000 animals annually. Denver Zoo is a leader in animal care and visitor experience. Denver Zoo is home to more than 4,000 animals, many of which are endangered or threatened. With a strong focus on animals and conservation, Denver Zoo is a national leader on best practices. Denver Zoo's Peak Performance program identifies inefficiencies and innovates solutions to fix them. The crate process was one of those improvements. We documented this process over the course of six months, mixing before and after footage. The improvements were a great success.
