<p>Tony Bruno didn't know one of the veins in his brain had been severed during a sparing match, but the next day when he began another sparing match, his traumatic brain injury became evident. Pete Bruno, his father, recalls the decisions to induce a coma in attempt to save his only son's life 25 years ago.
