Host Paula Rhoads reports word from Senator Morgan Carroll that there are 5 potential vacancies on the Pinnacol Assurance Board and citizen advocates are encouraged to apply to the governor. Applications are available at the governor's website?
This show also includes music from the dress rehearsel of Bethany Lutheran Church's production of Handel's Messiah this weekend only.
Producer Paula Rhoads presents a bit of Christmas video, a soloist and chorus from the Bethany Lutheran Church dress rehearsel for Handel's Messiah. After a few gingerbread men, she launches into boring video of the RECEIPTS PROVING TIME LOST in her worker's compensation hearing, then follows transcripts to show that Judge Michael Harr refused to allow these undisputed facts into the record, then allowed witnesses to lie on the stand. When Paula attempted to cross examine these lying witnesses, as was her right, Judge Harr stopped her.
Enough is enough.
