The 28th Annual Conference of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado presents Judy Dettmer and Nadine Lund reviewing the history of the Family Leadership Training Institute and its predecessor in Connecticut.

Dettmer, who is Director of Colorado's Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund, and former CSU researcher (featured in the BIAC 2007 Conference speaking on KIDS TBI), shares that her position sometimes needs qualified people to fill specific appointment positions impacting disability issues.
