<p>This week, Aaron interviews oncologist and bioethicist Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, MD, PhD, a special advisor to the White House on health policy issues. They discuss the challenges of aiding terminally ill patients through the end of life and the importance of having an advanced directive written before illness occurs. They also cover the Guaranteed Health Care Access Plan, which Dr. Emanuel advocates. This plan would offer individuals the chance to choose their own coverages based on their needs and would not be tied to employment.</p>
<p>This week, Aaron interviews George Washington University law professor Jeffrey Rosen. Professor Rosen is one of the most widely-read legal affairs writers in the U.S. They discuss the problems in the appointment/election process for judges across the country. They also explore the differences in legal systems between the U.S. and other nations.</p>
