Denver, CO – The Trump administration's new public charge rule finalized Monday could put Colorado's lawful immigrants at risk of not getting permanent residency if they access certain public benefits, or if officials believe they might in the future. Critics worry that low-income families will have to choose between accessing health care and nutrition programs and keeping their families together.
