Most of this hour is devoted to the Second Part on Abuse of Discretion, which is when judges do bad things that render a hearing unfair, such as:
1. Fail to adequately consider material evidence that would impact the outcome of the hearing.
2. Allow flouted discovery which is not harmless.
Colorado Neurological Institute's conference Sept. 13, 2014 at the Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver featured Dr. Allen Bowling, MD, PhD, MS and CAM Specialist, speaking on "Marijuana: What Does the Evidence Show?"
Over the past 20 years, Bowling has followed the rigorous scientific studies about marijuana's benefits and risks to those with various neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, parkinson's, and others.
