1. From the main page, click on “Rent Equipment”.

2. Select equipment from the category list or search in the search bar

3. After your item is selected you can choose MEMBER or “commercial” rental.  Then select “Reserve Now”.



4. In the “Choose Quantity and Dates” section, select a START TIME from the available blue options in the calendar, then select your RETURN TIME. Your selection will turn green in the calendar and your times will be displayed on the right.

5.  When “confirm reservation” is fully green, your reservation is ready to confirm.



6. The site will direct you back to the equipment page where you will be able to checkout what is in your cart.

  • Every item you have will be listed in the Shopping Cart --circled box circled below.
  • You can add more items to your cart with the same date and time of the previous item added to your cart. No need to select dates and times in the calendar again!
  • When you are done adding items, click on CHECK OUT NOW.



7. You will need to Checkout your shopping cart to complete your order. Click on the Shopping Cart on the upper right corner. Review your order and click “Checkout” when you are done. The total should be $0* if you are a member renting free member equipment for 24 hours or less or over the weekend (Sat-Tues).

*If you see a cost in the TOTAL

  • Double check to see if you are renting equipment that is included as FREE with your membership
  • Make sure you are renting equipment for only 1 day or over the weekend (Sat-Tues).
  • If you think there is a mistake please contact the Station Staff (dom@openmediafoundation.org - 720-222-0160)

8. A checkout screen will appear asking for your name and address. Fill this out. Click on “Continue to Next Step” (Circle in red below)



9. Review your order before continuing. Choose to pay by Credit Card or choose Pay Later to pay at the time of pick-up. If you do not owe anything, the screen will say Free Order.


Click “Continue to next step.”




10. Your checkout is complete and an e-mail will be mailed to you. A link will be provided to you where you can review your order.

11.  To Cancel an Existing Reservation

  • Log in
  • Go to Dashboard
  • Click on Reservations
  • Find the reservation you want to cancel, click on cancel
