Commentary: Corrupting Influence of Corporate Money on Elections, Politicians & Policy-Making

The two dominant political parties are controlled by corporate money that corrupts elections, politicians and policy-making. This is very evident in 2020 when the establishment of the National Democratic Party weighs in against Medicare for All, promoting instead the false promise of a "Public Option." The establishment Democratic Party is also placing their boot on the scale for their favored corporate Colorado U.S. Senate candidate John Hickenlooper. Through the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the party establishment is funneling millions of corporate dollars to Hickenlooper, even as Andrew Romanoff, the favored U.S. Senate candidate of the state party grassroots, runs a campaign without big corporate money.
