Paula Rhoads, producer, shares details of her worker's compensation case to show that U.S. Home Corporation, her former employer, failed to keep worker's compension insurance in effect for more than 3 months, and also defied a judge's order to release her complete personnel file during discovery. She shares employer-generated data that was withheld, and correlates some of it to some of the lies told by Mike Berry and Dr. Robert E. Kleinman on the witness stand under oath. And also to the letter from the Worker's Compensation Division Director MaryAnn Whiteside when she ignored Paula's complaint about discovery disobedience and the lack of insurance coverage. Paula states her opinion that so-called retroactive insurance is merely window dressing for government paperwork purposes but is deceit that assisted her employer to commit fraud.
