Andrew Romanoff, Speaker of the Colorado State House

Andrew Romanoff is term limited and not planning to run for any Senate seat in the Colorado Legislature. But he has been instrumental in getting an initiative on the ballot to restructure the financing of education. Should Barack Obama heed Speaker Romanoff's offer to be his VP candidate? Or is that silliness just a sign that the weight of the state is already off Romanoff's shoulders.
