Project Description
Encrucijada: Sin Salud, No Hay Nada is a project funded by The Colorado Health Foundation.
The project team has created a series of twelve locally developed half hour episodes that educate Spanish speaking Hispanics in the Front Range about how to enroll their children in CHP+ and Medicaid, how to access health care, and how to prevent chronic disease.
The episodes are broadcast on Univision Colorado, the state's number one Spanish language television station. In addition to broadcasting the episodes, the station supports the project with promotional announcements, News stories, and long form interviews.
