BTOP Panels Discussion at DOM

Panel discussion and presentation on the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP).

NTIA came to Colorado to do further outreach to broaden the diversity of grant applications they are receiving that request these funds. They did a training in Denver (and other location across the country) and we took the opportunity to do some outreach and show the community what is going on with this federal funding.
