We discovered that in order to make it work, you must disable the rich-text editor and paste the embed code. In order to use the Flash embed button in TinyMCE, you must have a swf file. Any time you edit the blog entry using a rich-text editor, it will break the embedded video code, and you must again switch the rich-text off and re-paste the embed code.
