Payment Plans for Members

Organizational and Unlimited Membership Payment Plans:

The annual Organizational Membership fee of $1,000 may be split into two equal payments, plus a $20 administrative fee. $520 ($500 plus $20 administrative fee) is due upon membership activation, and the balance of $500 is due within 120 days.

The annual Unlimited Membership fee of $250 may be split into two equal payments, plus $10 administrative fee. $135 ($125 plus $10 administrative fee) is due upon membership activation, and the balance of $125 is due within 30 days. This plan requires payment by credit/debit card, with the understanding and agreement that the second payment of $125 will be setup to automatically charge/bill your credit/debit card.

If you fail to make the second (final) payment:

A 30 day grace period will be allotted to each person or organization utilizing the payment plan. After the 30 day grace period the membership will be considered expired and a new membership will have to be purchased in order to continue use of DOM member equipment and services.
