Crew Policy

Members are encouraged to help one another on shoots, especially on studio shoots where it is essential to have a commited crew. Producers are also allowed to make reservations for one another's show. We do not currently have any limits on the number of shows a member is allowed to book, but as demands for studios and equipment grow, DOM will set limits as needed.

DOM requires the producer's consent in order to verifiy that another member has the right to reserve equipment/facilities for his/her show. Consent should be given in the form of an email or written note to the staff.

Eventually this area of the website will allow producers and community members to collaborate on projects. This will include a system that allows producers to post projects and positions available within those projects. For example, if you are working on a project and need someone to help with lighting, you will be able to post your project here and request help from people with lighting skills. The system will also allow non-producer community members to make video requests and suggestions, and allow producers/actors to take up these requests (paid and voluntarily.)
