UZEKE is a youth media literacy project. It specializes in media making, transmedia storytelling, P2P training, community involvement and personal coaching. It is a proud partner of the Open Media Foundation in putting the power of media in the hands of youth, enabling them to effectively create a future that’s genuine to their own vision. One that they really care about.
"Vlogging" is a form of blogging for which the medium is video, and is a form of Web television.
BEVLOGGER IS A ONE YEAR MEDIA LITERACY CURRICULUM (TEENS 13-19). It examines imagination, social media and personal performance in a way in which the participant powerfully produces his/her transmedia story, transposing results to everyday life and the future.
It kicks off with a NEW TALENT TV PRODUCTION WORKDAY, TV STUDIO, FIELD PRODUCTION AND EDITING CERTIFIED CLASSES.
Followed by a series of 10 "PRODUCTION SESSIONS" in our TV studios for Xfinity (Comcast, Denver) and other distribution channels which are scheduled through out the year, every month and on weekend days, one on one "COACHING CALLS", "MEDIA LAB HOURS" and "INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTION SESSIONS" all programed to fit the teen's schedule and not interfere with their school and other activities.
