DOM Meeting Space Policy for Members and Non-profits
In an effort to expand our partnerships with local non-profits and reach new and underserved communities, Denver Open Media(DOM) offers use of our studio-auditorium for meetings and small group activities. In exchange for the use of space we ask only that the host organization provides information to their participants about DOM and our work to put the power of the media to work for under-represented and underserved communities through our media education programs, cable television stations, and our growing network of noncommercial web and tv outlets. Space is available on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to members of Denver Open Media.
The application form can be accessed at www.denveropenmedia.org/meetingspace.Once the application has been approved the space may be booked by sending an email to ann [at] deproduction [dot] org. In the event of a conflict, DOM Will make every effort to provide a secondary meeting space within our facility.
Food and drink are not permitted in our studios, and use of the space does not include use of A/V equipment, Projectors, Audio, or Cameras, all of which are available for rent, or free of charge through our membership program.
