First, I owe John Montgomery's Mom an apology for making changes to the stream last night during VlogTV. I was trying to improve the quality of the stream by moving from a QuickTime player to Flash based player. If you haven't checked out the new stream, please do! I'm looking for feedback on the quality.

Glam Camp is over now :( It was a really interesting experience. In the beginning i will not lie i was like omg I am an old fart! well not really but it was most definitely different with all the girls that were apart of the camp being younger than me with different mindset of what is interesting. SO i thought great!

Today we learned about special microphones you have to use. The three microphones the you want to use are: a. Lappel microphone b. Handheld microphones & c. BOOM (SHACKALACA) microphones We also played Little Sally Walker, The point game and Ride that BIG FAT PONY! I had fun! I cant wait until tomorrow!

Today at Glam camp we learned about the microphones. There are three different kinds of microphones you can use when you are making your film. 1. A hand held microphone is mostly used when you are doing an interview on a busy street, so you can hear the person instead of the excess sound. 2. the boom is used when you are doing a narrative film. (mostly hollywood uses the boom mic) 3. lapelle mic is used when you are doing a sitting interview. (2020, dateline uses this mic.)

SO it was our first day started out that I was a little late so that sucked :) I met alot of creative people. It suprised me to see everyone that had alot of experience in media. More than me...even being the oldest one. I learned alot today about camera settings and how to make a nice perfessional picuture. It was interesting with all the crazy games but I am excited for the rest of the week when everything starts to get a little more interactive. And ill remember to bring lunch next time :P

I am learning about... stuff. Stuff about... TELEVISION!!!!! there are cameras, lights, and actions! but its cool cause there are awesome people and fun things too learn.... and we play pony and sally and we found bathrooms and stuff on our AMAZING tour...of the place. almost done, but, now im blogging and im a blogger cause i want to be... but ya know.... bye.......for now MMMMUUUUAAAAHHHHAAAAHHHHHAAAAA!!!.....

today was the first day of glam camp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this heartening experiance proved to be one of a lifetime. i am walking away with many new ideas on cameras it was fun!!!! we learned about cameras!!!! We learned about microphones!!!!!! we met cool people!!!!! who play pony!!!! DEb is cooooool!!!!!! So is KElly!!!!!!! IM excited for tommorow!!!!! WE learned about the third eye rule!!!!!(a.k.a. the rule of thirds) we learned about how hot the lights are we learned about where the microwave and the broom were

Alright so first day in the camp whose name escapes me. It was pretty cool all things considered. Learned some cool stuff about audio, white balance, and lighting as it relates to filming. I always looked at my camera at home and wondered what on earth that little white balance thing was. Now i know. Cool beans. Little Sally Walker i was not a big fan of. Nor of the big fat pony game. I pretty much own at that point and shoot game though, officially.

At the GLAM Camp I am learning about film stuff. And right now I am writing this So YA!
